Back to basics also. Clean, CONSISTENT bandster eating and CARDIO. Goal is 5 lbs weekly and all y'all KNOW what kind of calorie burn and strict clean eating that will take!  I'm on it. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!  Area of challenge...water load, water load, water load. Been slipping even though its so hot here. I have been drinking too much crystal light and not enough distilled water.

Love is all there is, ever was or ever will be...

get tha****er in girly!  on my good water load days, if i start out in the morning with an ice cold bottle of water, i'm set.  good luck to you!

Count me in.............I was a bit disppointed this morning my scale said 227, however its my TOM, last Friday I was 219, so i am hopeful that I am just bloated.  I am planning to ride the protein tran for the whole 13weeks.   let motivate each other.

I usually weigh in on Monday mornings before I eat/drink anything.  I weighed in this morning (nothing is "just by chance") and I'm up 4 lbs from last week weighing in at 224.  How is this possible when I've been riding the protein train for the last week and a half?

Either way, my goal when I took this challenge was to lose 25 lbs by Christmas (my one year band anniversary is Dec 27). 

Onderland here I come!

gurl i don't even attempt to try to understand the philosophy of the scale.  keep pushing on and you'll meet that goal!

That's a great idea.  I have to remember my phases.  I was miserable the first 13 weeks or so.  I hated having to eat.  Let's hope lightning strikes in the same place twice!
